Girls Soccer Banquet

PARTY OPPORTUNITIES!

Decorations:

Arrive at HH by 3:00pm

Balloons- pick up at Giant on May 22 and deliver to Heritage Hills

Collect the left-over candy from the concession stand and bring for tables

Centerpeices for tables (last year we did small gift bags with muffin mix in each and attached balloons)

I have the mini soccer cleats and mega phones for tables

Raffle:

Volunteers to sell raffle tickets at the banquet- Deb Shelley

First 40-ish tickets go to soccer players

Each soccer player receives one, the rest are sold for a 50/50 drawing

Gift Buying:

$200 Budget

40-45 gifts @ <$5.00 each (ie. prewrap, mini soccer balls, addidas headbands, electrical tape, be creativeJ )

These are for the players to pick as their raffle number is called (each player gets one prize)

Senior Pictures:

Purchase 8X10 picture frames for each senior (ie. Michaels, AC Moore)

Senior Parents pick the picture they want from Ink Byers website

Non-Player Gifts:

Need to purchase gifts for:

5 Coaches

Assistant Coaches

Patty Traveno

Managers (approx 4)

Gift budget and ideas need to be discussed at Booster meeting before purchase (or via Linda Bressi)

Invitations:

Created and distributed to players/families and Administration at H.S.
