BANQUET (Nan Gingerich and Teresa Hess) ~ This committee coordinates the end of the season banquet for players, managers and coaches. Activities include securing banquet site, working with senior players to select banquet menu and decorating the banquet facility on the day of the event. This committee also selects and purchases the senior player gifts and framed photos, players and managers’ gifts and coaches’ gifts that are presented at the banquet.

CLOTHING (Teresa Hess) ~ This committee works with the head coach to design, order and distribute the team t-shirts. This chair is also responsible for coordinating with senior players to select and design the team’s spirit wear. The committee then distributes order forms to team members, places the orders and distributes the spirit wear.

CONCESSION STAND (Christine Pinkerton and Julie Jones) ~ The concession stand is a vital part of the Booster Club. It raises a large part of our club revenue and provides a service to our fans and players! The committee oversees the ordering and purchasing of supplies, coordination of member donations, staffing of the concession stand on game days and maintenance of the facility.

FUND RAISING (Sherri Seefeldt) ~ This committee investigates fund raising opportunities. In the past, they have included a team night at Isaac’s, Isaac’s gift cards and sub sales.

JV TOURNAMENT (Amy Druck) ~ This committee is to support the JV Tournament. This committee coordinates the design and printing of programs, selling tickets at the gate, security, concession stand operations and design, creation and sales of tournament shirts.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO (Kristen Kline) ~ This committee creates the end of year video that chronicles the accomplishments of the girls throughout the season. If you have a passion for photography, your skills are needed!

PROGRAM / PATRON ADS (Donna Thomas) ~ This committee sells patron advertisements for the senior night program as well as designing and printing the program.

SENIOR NIGHT (Sharon Austin) ~ This is a special event to honor our graduating senior players. The committee decorates the stadium with banners and pictures of each senior player. They order flowers for senior moms and coordinate the evening’s events. The committee works in conjunction with the program and patron ads committee and the concession committee.

STUDY HALL DINNERS (Michele Temple) ~ This committee coordinates dinners for team members after practice before study halls. Members plan menus, solicit donations of food, serve the food and clean up.

JUNIOR HIGH REPRESENTATIVE  (Jen Trout) – This person will serve as the liason between the Junior High parents and the Booster Club.  This is to make sure the new Junior High parents are aware of events and receive accurate information.
