    The Board then met in Executive Session from 8:31 p.m. until 10:25 p.m.  Subsequent Board action included two motions, both with a unanimous vote:  the first was to accept the Superintendent’s resignation, as requested by the Board, and, the second, to appoint Dr. Ronald E. Dyer as Acting Superintendent.

    The Board Secretary apologizes for the oversight in not resuming the audio recording during the extraordinary circumstances.
