2016-17 Parent/Guardian Required Sign Offs: New this year, we are excited to announce ONLINE Returning Student Information Database updates! This process replaces many of the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year and allows parents to view important opening documents online, update student information, and sign electronically with ease. The primary parent/guardian and second parent mailing will receive an email with a unique link specific to your student to complete the online InfoSnap process to sign off on important opening documents and submit for updating student information. If you do not have internet access or do not have an email registered with us, please complete the neon green form that was sent home with your student so our offices can provide you with paper copy of the required documents. This online process is only being completed at the Intermediate School this year. If you have students in other buildings, please continue to use the hard copy form for those students.
