  • Dallastown Area High School scored 93.3 out of 100 points on the Pennsylvania School Performance Profile (SPP).

  • Dallastown Area High School senior Morgan Rock was awarded the 2016 Pennsylvania State Modern Language Association Outstanding High School Graduating World Language Student Award.

  • The Dallastown Area High School Forensics Team debated their way to the District 7 Sweepstakes Award in the Pennsylvania High School Speech League (PHSSL) Qualifier Speech & Debate Tournament.

  • Fifty student members of the Dallastown Area High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competed in more than 35 events during the Annual FBLA Regional Leadership Conference held at Central Penn College. Ten (10) students placed in the top 5 of the events, 13 posted first place finishes, 9 brought home second place finishes, and 5 secured third place finishes.

  • High school freshmen Donovan Trauger, Emily White, and Yael Eiben were finalists in the 2016 War of the Roses Grammar Bowl.

  • Dallastown Area High School seniors Nathan Simms and John Easterday were named 2015-16 Student Television Network (STN) Honor Society Inductees among 60 students nationwide.

  • The Dallastown Troupe of the International Thespian Society (ITS) inducted 12 new members in 2015. Additionally, five members were promoted from Thespian to Honor Thespian rank.

  • The Dallastown Area High School's Mu Alpha Theta Society held its 2nd annual induction ceremony welcoming 13 seniors and 51 juniors into the honorary mathematics society.

  • Dallastown Area High School seniors Danny Godstrey, Emma Marks, and Alex Pinkerton were among 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation being recognized for exceptional academic promise by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

  • Dallastown Area High School was recognized by the College Board by placing it on its 6th Annual AP District Honor Roll, a list of 425 districts across the U.S. and Canada being honored for increasing access to AP® course work, while simultaneously maintaining or increasing the percentage of students earning scores of 3 or higher on AP Exams.
